In addition to mental health care, I specialize in hormone replacement therapy to help women effectively manage perimenopause and menopause symptoms. I have an extensive background in obstetrics and gynecology and have practiced for 7 years at a busy ob/gyn practice in Orange County treating conditions such as PCOS, PMDD, perimenopausal hormonal imbalances, menopausal symptoms, thyroid conditions, diabetes, patients with high-risk pregnancies, endometriosis, weight gain, low libido, and mood disorders related to these conditions. My unique dual certification and background in women's health allow me to provide my patients with expertise and the ability to address these conditions at both the hormonal level and the level of the brain. This is the definition of reproductive psychiatry.
